Questions families ask
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 2 to 3pm. Check-out is 12pm sharp.
Is the food halal? What about vegetarians?
Halal-friendly: our cook is Muslim and there is no pork in the kitchen. We do not hold a halal certificate. Vegetarian on request when you book.
Is horse riding included, and who can ride?
Horse riding is free and happens in the morning, after the animal tour. Age 4 and up, under 8 sit with a parent, max 80kg.
Can we feed the animals?
Animal feeding and photos are on the morning guided tour, 9am.
Can we bring our dog?
No pets. Our geese, swans and ducks roam free.
Grandparents are coming. Can we have a ground-floor room?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we will assign a ground-floor room.
What if our plans change?
30 or more days ahead, 90% back. 15 to 29 days, 50% back. 14 days or less, no refund.
