What one price covers
Meals, per night of stay
- Afternoon tea at 3pm on arrival: fried beehoon or kuey teow, doughnuts, bread, cream crackers with home-made pandan kaya, local desserts
- Dinner, 7 to 8pm: Chinese family-style, eight dishes served to your tables. Fish, chicken, greens, sambal petai, fruit, tong sui, steamed egg or tofu, rice
- Breakfast buffet, 7:30 to 11:30am: nasi lemak, fried rice, curry chicken, eggs, vegetables, bread
- Free-flow pantry, check-in to midnight and 8 to 11am: Milo, coffee, tea, toast, pandan kaya, crackers, susu pekat
- Lunch on every middle day of a two-night or longer stay
- Still hungry after dinner? A supper menu, paid per dish, last call 11:30pm
Day one, afternoon and evening
- Kayaks on Emerald Lake, life jackets provided · bicycles · swimming pool, 8am to 7pm · pickleball court · ping pong · snooker and pool tables
- Mahjong, Chinese chess, international chess, rummy, lami and card games
- A theatre room for the kids, free, no booking
- Feeding the fish and swans at the lake edge
- Open-air karaoke at the cafeteria, free, till the midnight curfew
- Ink painting, 10:30pm
Day two, morning
- Guided animal tour at 9am, feeding time with 30 kinds of animals. This is the only way into the animal compound.
- Horse riding for the kids after the tour. Age 4 and up, under 8 sit with a parent, max 80kg. Mornings only; the horses rest in the afternoon heat.

- No. The per-person price already includes dinner, breakfast, the hall and every activity. On weekdays big groups get the farm to themselves.
- Is there a rate card?
- The card above is it. The calculator gives the exact total.
- Team building?
- We are the venue. The two facilitators above handle the programme.
- HRD Corp claims?
- Ask the facilitator. We issue the venue invoice.
- Two nights?
- Same per-person rate each night, and lunch on the middle day.
- Bank transfer?
- Yes. Deposit terms are in the quote.
- Yoga?
- Emerald Hall or the gallery rooftop. No ceiling anchors, so no aerial yoga.
- Coach parking?
- About 70 bays. No shuttle.
